Job Description

-顧客アカウントの管理・維持
-工場、委託製造業者、OEMからの問い合わせ対応
-返品された材料の処理/フォローアップ
-マーケティングツールのメンテナンス/配布
-見積書管理　など

-Manage and maintain customer accounts
-Respond to inquiries from factories, contract manufacturers, and OEMs
-Process/follow up on returned materials
-Maintain/distribute marketing tools
-Quotation management, etc.

Requirements

-会話、読み書き程度の英語力（日本語ができれば尚可）
-製造業または流通業での経験
-カスタマーサービスまたはサポート業務経験2年以上
-プロジェクト管理、予測、在庫管理の経験
-コンピュータスキル（ERPまたはMRP、Microsoft Office、Excelなど）の経験

-English language skills to the level of conversational, reading and writing (Japanese is a plus)
-Experience in manufacturing or distribution
-At least 2 years of customer service or support experience
-Project management, forecasting, inventory control experience
-Computer skills (ERP or MRP, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
