【Position】
Warehouse Manager

【Essential Duties】
Tasks:
•    Directly oversee operations of all activities in the warehouse (including delivery drivers).
•    Lead and manage employees in the efficient and safe operation of warehouse/delivery activities. 
•    Monitor work performance and inventory control metrics to assure optimum efficiency and accuracy. 
•    Develop standards and methods for work efficiency and inventory control. 
•    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirement (OSHA, DOT, HACCP).
•    Ensure clean, safe work environment.
•    Manage the Safety Committee assuring optimum safety standards are maintained.
•    Keep Senior Management informed of significant operating issues and make recommendations for corrective action.
•    Take immediate action to resolve any problems that could impact productivity, safety and harmony of a smooth operation.
•    Trouble shoot and maintaining fleets.
•    Preserves employee relations through regular department or pre-shift meetings.
•    Maintains on-going interaction with employees and outside parties when appropriate.
•    Keeps open communication channels with employees by answering questions and explaining policies and procedures.
•    Monitor employee morale.
•    Makes recommendations for disciplinary action and/or behavior modification where required.
•    Executes management functions of staff selection, development, discipline, performance reviews and/or terminations.
•    Performs the duties of employees supervised and other related duties as needed in accordance with CBA, if applicable.
•    Identifies problems, proposes solutions to other members of management and promotes cooperation with other departments.
•    Suggests efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assists with the implementation of changes within inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
•    Adept in working with peers and employees from other departments, operating companies, and Corporate proactively and constructively.

•    Requires standing, bending, sitting repeatedly and/or for extended periods of time 
•    Greet and attend to guests and visitors

【Working Hours, Working style】
07:00-17 :00 (60min break) Mon-Fri *100% on site

【Qualifications】

Qualifications:
Experience: food service distribution experience required (Over 3 years)
Education:High School graduates
