A. Yes. When you decided to hire a candidate who was referred by us, there will be a fee. However, we have a contingency-based service model, which means we only charge clients when we make a successful placement (i.e. when a candidate starts his/her work), so there are no upfront fee charges in a recruitment stage. We introduce you the best matched candidates for the role who have passed our first screening.

If you are looking for a candidate who can speak business-level Japanese, sometimes it can take a long time to find depending on the region.
