A. Yes. When you decided to hire a candidate who was referred by us, there will be a fee. However, we have a contingency-based service model, which means we only charge clients when we make a successful placement (i.e. when a candidate starts his/her work), so there are no upfront fee charges in a recruitment stage. We introduce you the best matched candidates for the role who have passed our first screening.

If you are looking for a candidate who can speak business-level Japanese, sometimes it can take a long time to find depending on the region. Therefore, we recommend that you start recruitment preparation as soon as possible. We have candidates who are fluent in other language such as English, Chinese and Spanish.
