Position
IT Programmer Analyst
Summary
Responsible for designing, developing, and testing new applications and features in Epicor, maintaining the SQL database, supporting Crystal Reports, assisting with financial data management, providing end-user support, and handling various IT/IS projects as assigned by management.
Essential Duties
-Design, development and testing of new applications
-Design, development and testing of new features in Epicor
-Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
-Provide support to end users
-Assists in maintaining the organization's SQL database
-Supports Crystal Report maintenance & development
-Retrieves and uploads data for financial and costing purposes
-Other IT/IS projects and duties as assigned by Management
Working Hours, Working style
8:30am-5:00pm

Qualifications
​​​​​​​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a minimum of 5 years programming experience.
Knowledge of C#, Rest API, SQL Server, HTML, Android OS, Crystal Reports, VB useful but not required, Epicor ERP experience useful but not required.
Strong database knowledge and experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
