Warehouse Staff

Summary
This position is responsible for the loading, unloading, storing, and inspecting of materials and products primarily for the defense industry. Prior experience in warehouse operations or forklift usage is preferred, but we welcome Japanese-speaking candidates with no prior experience who are motivated and eager to learn. The ideal candidate has a stable work history and is committed to long-term employment.

Essential Duties

• Receiving Duties: Verify incoming shipments and documentation, inspect for damage, report discrepancies, and label received goods.

• Shipping Duties: Prepare products for outbound shipment, including weighing, labeling, packing, and documentation.

• Storage Duties: Store items properly, maintain organized inventory, and optimize warehouse space.

• Inspection: Conduct inspection of incoming and outgoing materials, especially those related to defense manufacturing, and report any issues.

• General Responsibilities:

  • Use internal tools (email, phone, system software) effectively

  • Communicate issues to supervisors in a timely manner

  • Follow all company safety protocols

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

  • Continuously seek improvement through feedback and training

  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance

Working Hours, Working Style

• Full-time, on-site

• Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to confirmation)

Salary/Benefit

• Starting salary: Approx. $45,000/year

• Guaranteed annual salary increases ranging from $100 to $500 per month, based on performance

Qualifications

• Japanese-speaking candidates welcome, even without prior experience
