Position
Chinese-Bilingual Outside Sales 

Summary
A consumer goods trading company is seeking a bilingual (Chinese-English) Sales Representative.
This role involves visiting client stores to maintain product displays, organize shelves, restock items, and ensure the sales floor is well-maintained. You will also build strong relationships with clients and support their business needs. A valid driver’s license for client visits is required.

Essential Duties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by regularly visiting their stores and providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct in-store maintenance tasks, including organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are well-presented.
• Drive to client locations using your own vehicle and lift products (up to 20 lbs) as needed.
• Prepare and manage documentation using Microsoft Excel, including data entry and report creation.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored product recommendations to support sales growth.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze sales data and identify trends to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetics and personal care products to offer knowledgeable recommendations.

Working Hours, Working style
Mon-Thu: 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Fri: 10:00 am-6:00 pm

Working Location
Baldwin Park, with daily travel to customer locations.

• Primarily servicing the Los Angeles / South Bay areas

Salary/Benefit
$60,000 - $65,000 per year

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency both in Chinese and Japanese.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and generating reports).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to identify client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Capable of working independently and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• A valid driver’s license for client visits is required.
• Willingness to travel for business trips as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs as part of in-store maintenance tasks.
