Sales Assistant (Temporary / Intern)

Essential Duties
​​​​​​​

• Conduct research and handle inquiries based on instructions from the Technical Manager.

• Provide support for client negotiations and communications.

• Assist in vendor selection and manage vendor outreach for various projects.

• Handle general administrative duties and office operations to ensure smooth business flow.

• Collaborate closely with a small team, taking initiative to contribute to collective goals.

Working Hours, Working style

• Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Negotiable) 

• Employment Type: Temporary / Internship

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Business-level to Fluent English. Japanese/English bilingual skills are a significant advantage as the office environment involves both languages.

• Interests: A strong interest in the IT field and technology. While previous IT experience is NOT required, a genuine curiosity about the industry is essential for long-term growth.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic PC operations and Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience: Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.

• Mindset: A flexible team player who can identify necessary actions and take initiative within a small group setting.
