Position
Safety Supervisor (Part-Time)

Summary
The Safety Supervisor ensures high safety standards during the installation and maintenance of exhaust gas cleaning systems at the TSMC facility. Acting as a liaison between TSMC management and on-site technicians, you will communicate instructions clearly and support safe work practices.

Essential Duties

• Receive and clearly communicate safety directives and operational instructions from TSMC management to the on-site technician team
• Monitor daily work activities to ensure compliance with cleanroom and facility safety protocols
• Conduct daily safety briefings and pre-task risk assessments
• Ensure proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Address safety concerns or violations promptly and professionally, including situations that may be difficult to address
• Report incidents, near-misses, and safety hazards to company management and the client without delay

Working Hours / Working Style
8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Part-Time)

Salary
​​​​​​​$24.00 – $25.00 per hour

Holidays

Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Ability to convey instructions clearly and address safety issues confidently
• Work Style: Comfortable working on-site and remaining active throughout the shift
• Language: Professional proficiency in English for client and team communication
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Safety and Health Course: Candidates who have completed this course will be considered a strong plus. Those without the certification must be willing to complete the course after hire.
