Sales Assistant
 

Summary

A global leader in high-precision industrial systems and infrastructure solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Assistant for its office in Round Rock, TX. This role is essential in supporting the sales and operations teams by ensuring seamless order management and maintaining high standards for business and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who thrives in a technical, B2B corporate environment.
 

Essential Duties

Order & Systems Management: Execute the end-to-end order processing lifecycle using internal ERP systems; ensure 100% data accuracy from entry to delivery tracking.

Sales Documentation Support: Provide comprehensive support in drafting, formatting, and proofreading English-language sales materials, including quotations, proposals, and client presentations.

Administrative Operations: Manage general office tasks, including scheduling client meetings, organizing sales files, and coordinating departmental reports.

 

Working Hours, Working style

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Roundrock, TX

 

Salary/Benefit

$20/hr - $25/hr (DOE)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, order management, or a similar administrative role, preferably within a technical, manufacturing, or B2B industry.

 

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Language Proficiency:
<Japanese>
Fluent or Native level is required.

Writing/Reading: Business-level proficiency is required.
Must be able to draft, edit, and proofread professional business documents and emails with a high level of accuracy.
Speaking/Listening: Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate effectively within a diverse, multicultural team environment.
