Japanese-Bilingual Sales Representative

Summary
​​​​​​​An automotive dealership is seeking a dynamic and qualified Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will guide customers through the sales process, conduct test drives, and assist with financing options. Success in this role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with the sales team to meet targets. This position offers a proactive individual the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the dealership's growth. Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English are required.

Essential Duties 

• Conduct sales negotiations for cars, proposing suitable vehicles, suggesting optional features, and preparing for delivery.
• Handle purchase negotiations for cars, including vehicle inspection, proposing prices, and arranging post-purchase maintenance.
• Sell/purchase cars through auctions and arrange vehicle maintenance and transportation.
• Manage vehicle registration tasks, such as registering vehicles with land transport offices and posting them on our website.
• Collect information and data through car buying and selling to aid marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Hours & Style
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Salary, Benefits
$60K - $80K DOE (including comission), Non-Exempt

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​A valid US driver's license (submission of driving records required) 
• Flunency in Japanese 
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word 
• Ability to communicate cheerfully and work well in teams 
• Interest in cars is preferred
• Must be willing to relocate
