Position
Associate Sales Representative ( Seattle Branch )

Summary
This position is responsible for executing and supporting daily sales operations while providing essential assistance in logistics, including import and export processes. The role involves maintaining strong professional relationships with existing customers and vendors, assisting with inventory management tasks, and handling various other duties or special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities
・ Clerical work for aircraft parts sales, procurement, shipping, accounting, and invetory control.
・Clerical work for new aircraft ferry support, including exporting and preprations for departures.
・Clerical work for aircraft ground support equipment procurement and repair management.
・Create and keep good business relationships with suppliers and customers.
・Liaise between customer, supplier and partner in cases of negotiation.
・Contact or visit customer, supplier and partner sites and represents interests of customer.
・Maintain/organize documents and reports with efficiency and in a timely manner to supervisor.
・Assist supervisor or resolve problem together to ensure smooth branch operations.

Qualifications
・ 0-2 years or more of related knowledge and experience.
・ Specialized Knowledge
　 Knowledge of aircraft parts/components is a plus.
・ Language skills
　Ability to effectively respond to questions from customers, management, staff, and the general public in English and Japanese.
　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to individuals and groups in English and Japanese.
　Ability to write reports and procedure manuals in English and Japanese.
・ Mathematical Skills
　Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions.
・ Reasoning Skills
　Ability to apply knowledge and sense of understanding to carry-out detailed written or oral instructions
　Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variable in standardized situations.
・ Other skills
　Must be tactful, mature, flexible and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures.
　Must be able to use a computer and applications soft as Microsoft Windows/Office etc.
