Job Description

【Summary】
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and inventory put-away. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical to prevent shipping errors and maintain inventory integrity. The position also requires strict adherence to warehouse safety procedures, including forklift operation standards.

【Essential Duties】

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage

• Verify packing slips against purchase orders

• Accurately pick and pack orders to prevent shipping errors

• Put away inventory in designated locations while maintaining system accuracy

• Double-check product numbers, quantities, and labels prior to shipment

• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries

• Process shipping documents and update inventory records in the system

• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts

• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment according to company safety policies

• Follow all OSHA and company forklift safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment

• $17 per hour (Hourly position)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required

• Forklift experience preferred; certification required or willingness to obtain

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks

• Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory system experience preferred
