Position
Tour Coordinator / Customer Service Representative

Summary
The Tour Coordinator / Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating travel tours and providing excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their trips. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Essential Duties

Tour Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international travel tours (individual and group tours)

• Arrange transportation, accommodations, sightseeing, meals, and tour schedules

• Communicate with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other vendors

• Prepare detailed itineraries, tour documents, and travel confirmations

• Monitor tour progress and respond promptly to any changes or issues during travel

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional manner

• Provide travel-related information, recommendations, and support to clients

• Handle reservations, changes, cancellations, and special requests

• Address customer concerns or complaints and provide appropriate solutions

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Administrative & Support Duties

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information

• Assist with invoicing, payment confirmation, and basic accounting coordination

• Support sales and operations teams as needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations

Working Hours, Working style

Qualifications
​​​​​​​

• 1–3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when required
