Job Description

【Summary】
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Sales Manager (Trainee) to join our growing team. This role is designed for a high-potential candidate who will develop into a Sales Manager position through hands-on training and mentorship. The position involves customer relationship management, business development, and coordination with internal teams and headquarters.

【Essential Duties】

• Support existing customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships

• Assist in developing new business opportunities and expanding market presence

• Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, customer service, accounting) to ensure smooth order processing

• Communicate with headquarters in Japan regarding product updates, pricing, and strategy

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis

• Participate in customer visits and industry events

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams

• Learn pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and profit margin management

• Gradually assume responsibility for independent account management

【Working Hours, Working Style】

• Full-time, onsite position

• Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Occasional domestic travel for customer visits

• Japanese-English bilingual (required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

• Basic understanding of B2B sales principles and customer service in construction equipment, agricultural, or automobile industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
