概要
このポジションは、応募者の検索およびスクリーニングチェックを通じて、より多くの求職者の登録を促進し、キャリアパス開発のコンサルティングを行う役割です。初回面談の実施や、企業の求人に対する面接調整、また、現在稼働中の派遣スタッフの状況確認も重要な業務の一つです。最終的には、候補者へのオファー内容（雇用条件など）の確認を通じて、企業の採用プロセスを円滑に締結させる責任を担います。

主な業務内容

リクルーティング・コンサルタントとしての業務

• 社内データベースや外部リソースを活用し、適任候補者を検索

• 求職者との面談を通じて、希望や期待を把握

• キャリアパスに関するコンサルティングを実施

• 候補者との社内面接を調整し、企業面接に向けた事前アドバイスを提供

• 登録済み求職者の定期フォローアップおよび新規登録者のリクルート活動を実施

• 現在稼働中の派遣スタッフや、内定者の状況確認も行う

• 外部求人サイトにてポジション情報の掲載

• クライアント求人に対する候補者のスクリーニングおよび面接調整

• 内定候補者への雇用条件（仕事内容、福利厚生、給与等）の最終確認を実施

• 候補者情報をCRM（顧客関係管理）システムに入力し、社内共有

• CRM分析と上司との連携により、営業活動の強化を図る

• 上司との定期的なミーティングにより、業績レビューや改善策の策定

• その他、必要に応じて関連業務を遂行

• 求人内容にマッチする候補者を紹介

• CRMシステムへの求人情報の入力および社内共有

• デジタルツールを活用した企業調査および営業アプローチの実施

• ネットワーキングイベント等に参加し、ビジネス機会の創出

• マネージャーの方針に従い、営業戦略の遂行

Position
Account Executive / Recruiting Consultant

Summary
​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​This position is responsible for searching and recruiting more registered job applicants with screening checks and career pass development consulting. Conducting initial interviews and coordinating job interviews with possible clients’ job orders. Checking current temporary staff job situation on-going basis is also one of the essential responsibilities. Finally, providing a closing process with the final candidates to ensure the client's job offer's terms and conditions are acceptable and agreeable.

Essential Duties
​​​​​​​Recruiting Consultant 
Sources qualified candidates by utilizing the company’s database and various outside resources. 
Meets and interviews with job applicants to identify their wishes or expectations. 
Consults with job applicants for their career pass development.
Schedules internal interviews for candidates and providing advice to prepare for them in advance for job interviews at the clients.
Conducts regular follow-ups for existing registered applicants, as well as recruiting activities for obtaining more registered applicants. 
Conducts regular follow-ups for the current temporary staff, as well as status checks for job-offered candidates. 
Posts vacant position information through other websites.
Screens applicants for clients’ open position and coordinating job interviews. 
Conducts closing confirmations with final candidates who receive a job offer (e.g., terms and conditions, understanding verification, etc., including job description, benefits, and wages.)
Enters candidates’ information in the client relation management system and announce internally.
Enhances sales activity through CRM analysis and supervisor collaboration.
Meets regularly with supervisors to review performance, discuss progress, and strategize improvements.
Other duties and responsibilities are assigned, as needed accordingly.

Account Executive
Obtains job applicant recruiting requests and orders from companies and clients through sales activities.
Introduces matched applicants that meet with companies’ and positions’ needs and requirements. 
Provides clients possible solutions and measures for HR management issues and concerns. 
Communicates with clients to secure and manage recruiting orders through various channels, including phone and email. 
Engages in new client development and maintains regular follow-ups with existing clients to assess hiring needs and ensure continuous service delivery.
Enter job orders in the client relation management system and announce internally.
Conducts company research to seek sales activities and implementations utilizing digital tools and sets up business meetings.
Actively builds business networks to further develop existing and new business opportunities by attending events such as business network events.
Executes sales strategies and initiatives as directed by the Manager to meet company objectives.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 
Preferred 2- or 3-years working experiences in the corporate settings. 
Fluency in Japanese and Business Level in English.
Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) capability.
High-level communication skills and logical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively and smoothly with management and colleagues in a team-oriented manner. 
A valid driver’s license is required.
