Position
Sales Representative

Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for sales activities including order processing, data entry, order sheet preparation, shipment verification, and payment collection. This role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while developing new business to increase sales revenue and profitability. The position also tracks and reports key sales metrics to improve overall performance and effectiveness.

Essential Duties
・Sell company products through in-person visits and phone communication with prospective and existing customers.
・Take customer orders and provide appropriate follow-up support.
・Maintain sales programs within the assigned territory by keeping customers informed of product availability and pricing.
・Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints related to company products.
・Collect payments from customers in a timely manner.
・Deliver products to customers when requested.
・Establish and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective customers.
・Share customer business needs, plans, strategies, and operational issues with internal departments and report to the Sales Manager.
・Continuously develop sales skills and enhance marketing knowledge.
・Plan and conduct routine customer visits and report results to the Sales Manager.
・Monitor competitive activities and market trends within the assigned territory.
・Build and maintain a business network to gather useful market information.
・Maintain accurate sales records and prepare activity reports.
・Analyze sales data to improve sales strategies and performance
・Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​・Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and email.
・Strong verbal and written communication skills.
・College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
・Prior food sales experience preferred.
・Bilingual ability in English and Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
・Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
・Ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently lift up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 80 lbs.
