Position
Sales Assistant - Japanese or Spanish Bilingual 

Summary
A fashion-textile company is seeking a bilingual Sales Assistant (Japanese or Spanish) to support its dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about customer service and the fashion industry. This is an urgent hire with a target start date in early June 2025.

Essential Duties
Client Communication

• Maintain communication with existing clients, respond to inquiries, and provide timely product information.
• Work closely with the sales team to support client needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Order Processing

• Assist with accurate and timely processing of sales orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure inventory availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and help resolve any related issues.

Sales Support

• Support the preparation of sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Conduct basic market research to help identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and activities in the CRM system.
• Assist in preparing regular sales reports and analyzing performance trends.

Collaboration

• Partner with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client service.

Trade Shows and Events

• Help coordinate company participation in trade shows and industry events.
• Support booth setup, engage with attendees, and promote company products.​​​​​​​

Working Hours, Working style
Monday - Friday; 9:00 - 17:00

Salary/Benefit
$24 - 25/hour DOE

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC use (CRM is a big plus)
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred
• Strong interest in fashion and textiles
• Must be proficient in English
• Bilingual in Japanese or Spanish (preferred, not required)
