【Position】
   Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

【Summary】
   Hayward, CAにある食品会社で日英バイリンガルの営業・マーケティングアシスタントマネージャーを募集しております。食品業界経験5年以上の営業ご経験があり、支店管理運営業務にご興味ある方を求めております。

【Essential Duties】

• Report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and directly supervise 5–10 employees, including sales representatives and sales administration staff.

• Allocate more than 50% of work time to exempt-level duties requiring independent judgment and discretion.

• Actively participate in the hiring process and effectively recommend hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company KGI and KPI targets, driving revenue growth in line with the company business plan.

• Oversee all sales functions, including HQ, domestic, export, and special sales channels.

• Manage sales administration operations, including purchase orders, product inventory allocation, receivables collection, client communications, and sales analysis/reporting.

• Forecast and supervise department budgets, expenses, and inventory allocation to meet operational goals.

• Monitor and report on current sales, market trends, and departmental performance to management.

• Contribute to product development, including launching new product lines and improving existing products based on market needs and customer feedback.

• Provide motivation, support, and professional development guidance to all subordinate staff to improve performance and employee engagement.

• Organize and oversee marketing activities, including trade shows, events, demonstrations, and networking initiatives.

• Explore and implement customer acquisition channels, such as digital marketing, events, social media, and advertising, to expand market reach.

• Ensure timely and effective response to customer needs, issues, and requests while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Stay current with product knowledge and industry trends to support business development efforts.

• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

【Qualifications】
 - 5 to 10 years of sales experience in the food industry is required.
 - Bachelor’s Degree
 - Excellent knowledge of MS Office
 - Class C Driving license
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
 - Ability to work independently and as a team.
