Senior Sales Engineer

【Summary】
A manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering and a passion for sales. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support the sales process.

【Key Responsibilities 】

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs deeply and provide tailored engineering solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

 【Qualifications 】
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering
  • Experience in sales, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate complex engineering  concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferably have an experience to work with temporally engineer and oversea  engineering companies, to complement necessary resources.
  • Japanese bilingual is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience to work under ISO9001is preferred but not mandatory
