【Position】 Household Goods Coordinator
【Responsibilities】 ●Ability to effectively communicate with the customer to properly prepare　necessary documents to coordinate a residential or organizational move.  ●Custoer Service; ability to effectively communication by email or phone with the customer to complete necessary documents required to coordinate the move  ●Ensure all documentation relating to shipment is properly completed as required  ●Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removing and loading of customer’s goods  ●Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the moving team  ●Ability to carefully pack and deliver belongings ●General business support function as assigned  ●Bilingual English/Japanese (read, write and speak)   【Working Hours, Working style】 9:00-18:00 【Working Location】 Houston, TX 【Salary, Benefit】 $18-22/h (DOE：Temp to Hire)   【Working Hours, Working style】 9:00-18:00   【Qualifications】  ●Bilingual English/ Japanese; ability to read, write & speak English and Japanese  ●Computer skills to include data entry and the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook  ●Ability to clearly communication directions to the driver and moving team  ●Ability to work overtime to meet the customer needs  ●Strong customer service skills  ●Ability to lift 50 lbs  ●Ability to work outside in the elements ( Rain, snow, cold, heat) 【Organization Relationships】 Will work with all levels in the organization as well as Customers. 【Work Environment】 (With or without accommodations) This position is predominantly outdoors, moving, lifting, packing, in all elements with some office work at times, hours can be variable.
