【Position】
 General Manager

【Summary】
This position will be a viable managerial staff in the future. In the future, we expect the market to expand beyond hunting supplies and apparel to other industries. We have two bases in the United States, one on the east side and one on the west side, with Washington State in charge of the west side.

【Essential Duties】
・ Overseeing daily business operations.
・ Overseeing and assisting accounting operations.
・ Developing and implementing growth strategies.
・ Training low-level managers and staff.
・ Creating and managing budgets.
・ Improving revenue.
・ Hiring employees.
・ Evaluating performance and productivity.
・ Analyzing accounting and financial data.
・ Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
・ Generating reports and giving presentations.
