Position
Software Engineer (ERP/WMS, etc.)

Summary
An IT company is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join its development team. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure of its sister company. This includes ERP/MRP, WMS, network, and PC infrastructure across multiple locations, including Walworth, WI, California, and more. The selected candidate will work alongside a team of one manager and two developers, focusing on expanding systems for new factories and implementing new requirements, such as integrating ERP with MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

Essential Duties (Unofficial)

• Develop, enhance, and maintain ERP/MRP, WMS, and other business-critical systems.
• Work on system integrations, including ERP-MES connectivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize IT solutions.
• Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Visit the client factory in Walworth, WI 1-2 times per week (hybrid remote).
• Travel for business trips as necessary (preferred but not required).

Qualifications

• ​​​​​​​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 5+ years of professional experience (or 10+ years of professional experience without a degree).
• Strong .NET (C#) programming experience with RDBMS (Oracle experience is a big plus).
• Experience with LINQ/Entity Framework (highly preferred).
• Experience with Crystal Reports (preferred).
• Experience with WebAPI/REST (a plus).
• Japanese language skills (a plus but not required).
