Position
Field Service Engineer 

Summary
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for both administrative and hands-on technical support related to the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our scrubber systems used in semiconductor production lines. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong organizational and technical skills.

Essential Duties
Deskwork
・Respond to internal and external emails in a timely and professional manner
・Manage and update supply chain documentation and reports
・Answer incoming and outgoing calls professionally
・Support client and parent company administrative requests

On-site Work
・Perform installation and startup procedures for local scrubber units
・Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance for scrubber systems at client sites
・Perform routine inspections and data management of on-site equipment
・Respond promptly to service requests from client companies and headquarters

8:00AM-5:00PM (M-F)

Qualifications
・High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education is a plus and may increase salary)
