Position
Sales Representative ‐ Full Remote

Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling medical equipment to both current and new customers.
The role also includes building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and conducting all necessary sales activities. These include product demonstrations at client sites and exhibitions, as well as providing first-level response to maintenance requests from customers.
Target Customers: Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities
Business Territory: Northern California

Essential Duties
・Achieves the sales target in the territory.
・Builds and maintains a network of sources for new sales leads in the target sector.
・Communicates with customers and prospects to identify product needs; recommends our products accordingly.
・Demonstrates product features and benefits based on customer needs.
・Assembles products and delivers them to customer sites.
・Ensures customer satisfaction and manages relationships; resolves any post-sale issues.
・Keeps in contact with existing and previous customers, informing them about new products and enhancements.
・Inputs customer and deal information into CRM software in a timely manner.
・Provides monthly sales reports and sales forecasts with KPIs to the supervisor.
・Maintains detailed sales activity reports including customer feedback.
・Performs promotional activities at exhibitions.
・Creates and manages our account setup with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
・Collaborates with external partners and consultants as needed.
・Manages customer credit and payment terms in coordination with internal finance or accounting.
・Conducts marketing research to support the development of new products.
・Contributes to team building by guiding team members to achieve desired results and motivating other employees.
・Complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and legal requirements, including FDA regulations, HIPAA, and the Sunshine Act.
・Performs other related duties as assigned to support sales objectives.

Monday to Friday; 8:30 - 17:30
Full-Remote

Working Location
Northern California（In the area north of Fresno）

Salary/Benefit
$80-100K＋Commission（5％ of sales）

Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays, Major US Holidays

Qualifications
・ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
・At least 5 years of sales experience in medical equipment/device, specifically in capital equipment .
・Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
・Strong sales, presentation (product demonstrations) and negotiation skills.
・Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
・Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and CRM software.
・Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical equipment.
・Basic legal knowledge relevant to working in the healthcare industry (e.g., FDA regulations, HIPAA, Sunshine Act, etc.)
・ Frequent travel to meet with customers and attend exhibitions is expected. Overnight travel may be required.
