Position
Outside Sales Representative – Modular Aluminum Framing & Factory Automation Solutions

Summary
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to support our expansion across the U.S. manufacturing and automotive sectors. This position is responsible for promoting modular aluminum structural framing systems, factory automation (FA) components, and lean manufacturing solutions such as “karakuri KAIZEN.” The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving problems through hands-on engagement with clients and delivering custom technical solutions tailored to their production needs.

Essential Duties

▼ Sales Activity

• Identify and approach prospective B2B customers through direct outreach, referrals, and industry events

• Conduct persuasive presentations and prepare tailored proposals for industrial and manufacturing clients

• Oversee the full sales cycle including lead generation, quoting, sample coordination, and contract negotiation

• Collaborate with internal design and engineering teams to deliver client-specific solutions using modular components

▼ Sales Intelligence & Professional Development

• Stay current on market trends, automation technology, and lean manufacturing innovations

• Attend trade shows, workshops, and facility visits to strengthen client relationships and industry knowledge

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to identify optimal product applications

• Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services

▼ Reporting & Forecasting

• Submit detailed visit reports and update CRM systems regularly

• Assist with weekly pipeline reviews and performance tracking

• Coordinate client meeting schedules and internal approvals for project execution

Working Hours, Working Style
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
On-site with frequent client visits and regional travel (no remote option)

Working Location
Elk Grove Village, IL (main office)
Travel required across major industrial regions including TX, TN, IN, MI, and others

Salary/Benefit

• Annual Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 (based on experience)

• Performance-based bonuses

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or automation sectors

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to understand technical drawings and propose appropriate solutions

• Interest in lean manufacturing, “karakuri KAIZEN,” or modular system applications is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
