Position
Bilingual Sales（English/Spanish）

Summary
Responsible for selling Japanese and other Asian food ingredients to supermarkets and restaurants across the United States.

Essential Duties

• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive business growth.
• Product Presentation and Sales: Understand the features and benefits of the company’s products and tailor presentations to meet customer needs effectively.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gather insights on competitor activities and customer demands to inform strategic decisions.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure favorable agreements that enhance sales performance.
• Order Management: Oversee the order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
• Achievement of Sales Targets: Regularly monitor progress towards sales targets and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed these goals.
• Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.

$48,000 – $60,000 annually
