Position

Sales Coordinator

Summary

The Sales Coordinator supports sales operations by processing sales orders and coordinating closely with customers, sales representatives, internal teams, and overseas partners. This role ensures smooth order fulfillment, accurate documentation, and timely communication throughout the sales and delivery process.

Essential Duties

• Process sales quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders for assigned customer accounts

• Coordinate delivery schedules, contract reviews, and order confirmations with internal teams and external partners

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product availability and specification changes

• Prepare and manage logistics and shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and transportation arrangements

• Track order status, manage billing processes, and communicate updates to customers

• Handle customer inquiries and provide general administrative and call support

• Support system-based order management through internal training

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Working Hours, Working Style

Standard business hours, on-site role
Overtime may be required depending on workload and business needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or account management

• Experience in an industrial or machinery-related sales environment preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills

• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

• High school diploma or equivalent required
