【Position】 
 Software Developer

 【Summary】
This role involves joining a dynamic global engineering team focused on the development of next-generation embedded systems for the automotive industry.

 【Essential Duties】
Responsible for overseeing, participating in and performing, but not limited to, the following tasks: 

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications.
• Estimate development effort and deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with engineers in Japan and North America to drive project
  success.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Prepare and present progress reports, and actively contribute in team discussions.

【Working Hours, Working style】
Full-time (40hours/week)

【Working Location】
Dallas, Texas  or  Silicon Valley, CA 

 【Salary, Benefit】

【Qualifications】 ​​​
   
Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience in product development.
• Hands-on experience with Flutter, Rust, or similar programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English (both written
• and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience in the automotive industry, such as car navigation, infotainment, or car audio systems.
