Job Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support to clients, addressing issues via phone, email, or in-person communication.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Document support inquiries and resolutions in the company’s ticketing system for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding new employees by providing initial training on company systems and protocols.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and share insights.
• Stay updated with technological advancements and recommend improvements for support processes.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of computer systems and IT terminology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in a bilingual environment (Japanese and English preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment and a willingness to adapt to the company’s dynamic work culture.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT support software.
