【Position】 
Account Manager(Tentative) 

【Summary】
Japanese manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join a Sales and Business Development  Division in Dallas. This role is central to driving growth by managing key accounts, capturing new business, and supporting our specialized Machine Vision and Security customers. Both Junior and Senior candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

【Essential Duties】

• Handle sales inquiries coming from your assigned territories for Machine Vision products
• Understand customer applications & provide them with technical solutions
• Make cold calls (10-15 calls/day)
• Able to speak with customers/potentials over the phone
• Support & train customers and distributors
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential new application areas within the Machine Vision and Security industries.
• Analyze market data to help inform and develop strategic sales plans for the NBD Division.
• Attend Trade Exhibitions 3-4 times/year
• Travel required about 25% of your time

【Working Hours, Working style】
8:30-17:30  (Meal break: 12pm-1pm)

【Salary, Benefit】
$50K-80K +  Quartery Performance Bonus: 0-5% depending on individual performance

【Qualifications】

• ​​Bachelor's Degree (4-year college degree) is required.
• English (Fluent) 
• Industry Fluency: Ability to speak the language of the industry is highly valued. Prior experience in sales or technical roles involving optics, machine vision, imaging, or lighting is strongly preferred.
• Business Administration major or a degree in a relevant field is plus. 
• We welcome candidates who may require STEM OPT sponsorship
• Must be able to travel domestically & abroad when required 

<Remark>
- Remote work is generally not permitted unless there are special circumstances.
-The office is expected to relocate to the south Plano area sometime within this year. The exact timing and location are yet to be determined and subject to change.
-The company is considering introducing a 401(k) retirement plan within the next few years.
