Shift Leader (Part time)

Summary
The Shift Leader will support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for guests. This role involves collaborating with the management team to oversee staff, manage inventory, and maintain the overall ambiance of the establishment.

Essential Duties
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the café.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Support marketing initiatives and help drive sales through exceptional service and customer engagement.
- Prepare reports on staff performance, and customer feedback for the Store Manager.
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs effectively.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to developing strategies for improving service and operations.

Working Hours, Working style
Shift work of 8 hours per day between 10:00AM and 9:00PM, working 4 days a week
