Position
Sales Representative
Summary
As a Sales Representative in the U.S. market, you will be responsible for selling products or services. The Sales Representative will help achieve sales goals by building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and executing sales strategies.
Essential Duties
・​​​​​​​Requesting Quotes from Existing and New Customers:
Issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to suppliers after receiving inquiries from customers.
Collect product price quotations and terms and conditions from suppliers.
Negotiate price and specifications with suppliers.
Present quotations to customers and close orders for projects.
・Retaining and Expanding Existing Customers:
Maintain relationships with existing customers and build trust.
Gather information on new programs from customers and obtain quotes for products we can supply.
Provide consultation on existing products manufactured by the customer. If there are any issues with products from other companies, encourage switching to our products.
Increase customer satisfaction through problem-solving and support.
・Finding New Suppliers:
Attend exhibitions or conduct company visits to select supplier candidates.
Negotiate NDAs and purchasing terms.
・Acquisition of New Customers:
Identify and approach potential customers.
Clearly communicate product or service features and benefits, and propose solutions tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate to generate demand and close deals.
・Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Gather and analyze U.S. market trends and competitive information.
Participate in the development of sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
・Reporting and Recording:
Accurately record sales activities and customer information.
Submit reports on sales results and market trends to the Sales Manager and other relevant personnel.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Active listening and the ability to understand customer needs.
Teamwork and a spirit of cooperation.
Ability to deliver results under pressure.
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, presentations, etc.).
College degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel up to 50%-75% of the time.
Willingness to participate in meetings or calls during early morning or late evening hours to accommodate international business partners or customers.
