Position
Logistics Operations Administrator

Summary
The Logistics Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations, including dry, cooler, and freezer storage management. This role ensures smooth import clearance, inventory control, customer coordination, and operational support in compliance with U.S. import regulations.

Essential Duties

• Review shipping documents received from overseas to ensure all required documents for Customs clearance are complete (e.g., AWB, Commercial Invoice, OGA documents) and submit them promptly to the Customs House Broker (CHB).

• Monitor clearance status with CBP and relevant OGAs (FDA, USDA, FWS), and make direct inquiries when necessary.

• Notify customers of any irregularities, including arrival delays, CBP holds, or OGA inspections.

• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers.

• Verify piece counts upon receipt and perform reconditioning as needed (re-icing, repacking, minor repairs), ensuring shipments are handled and released on schedule.

• Maintain accurate inventory records for warehouse, cooler, and freezer storage.

• Stay informed of applicable government import regulations and proactively update customers as needed.

• Communicate regularly with existing customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

• Handle daily correspondence with overseas and domestic agents.

• Prepare and provide competitive rate quotations to customers.

• Support packing, distribution, and cargo separation activities by following instructions from the operations team, and report progress updates accordingly.

Working Hours, Working style
Monday through Friday 9:00-18:00
