Payroll Staff

Summary
​​​​​​​An accounting services firm is looking for a new staff member to join their payroll department.
We welcome applicants with no prior experience, as long as you are good with numbers and can provide courteous customer service in Japanese. The company will provide thorough training for those without experience. This is a workplace with little overtime, making it an easy place to work.They have specialists in various fields related to accounting and tax, making this an ideal environment for those looking to advance their careers.

Essential Duties

• Managing the relationship with the client.
• Responsible for the administration and compliance of payroll issues.
• Provides client and employee services to support external client's employees with payroll questions.
• Responsible for complying with government regulations relative to payroll processing.
• Always adhere to all internal QA procedure policies.
• Setting up deductions as required by client/payroll including any garnishments.
• Updating worksite employee records as needed.
• Setting up each employee, with all programs for each employee based on the client specific policies.
• Responsible for compiling reports as requested by client(s).
