【Position】
Entry-Level Accounting Staff (Japanese Bilingual)

【Summary】
We are a Japanese automotive parts manufacturer based in Cullman, Alabama, seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Staff to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch a career in accounting within the manufacturing industry. In addition to supporting general accounting functions, the role will include exposure to cost accounting. This is a career-track position with long-term advancement opportunities, including promotion to senior manager-level roles—several current leaders have successfully grown their careers within the company.

【Essential Duties】

  • Record daily journal entries and maintain general ledgers

  • Process employee reimbursements and review expense reports

  • Assist with invoice issuance and accounts payable/receivable functions

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Assist with cost accounting, including cost tracking and analysis

  • Provide support for administrative and office-related duties as needed

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations

【Working Hours, Working Style】
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
On-site position (not remote)

【Salary/Benefit】
Annual Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 (commensurate with experience)

【Qualifications】

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of accounting experience is a plus

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries and debits/credits

  • Interest or background in cost accounting and/or manufacturing industry is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks and adapt to changing priorities

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Team-oriented mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
