Position
Business Development Real Estate Manager

Summary
As the Business Development Manager, you will support and execute initiatives to expand the company’s market presence and contribute to revenue growth. Working closely with senior management, you will identify new business opportunities, assist in the development and implementation of growth strategies, and coordinate key aspects of store development and expansion projects.

Essential Duties
• Business Growth & Strategy: Support the development and execution of business and store expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.   
• Market & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, evaluate potential locations, and assess new business opportunities.
• Project & Expansion Management: Oversee site selection, permitting, design, and construction processes to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Partnership & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data from existing stores, and prepare reports to support management decisions.

9:00~18:00 exempt
Hybrid

Salary/Benefit
$76K~81K

Qualifications
​​​​​​​• Bachelor's degree preferred in any of following fields: business development, construction, design, or project management.
• Extensive management experience (5-10 years preferred) in real estate, store development, architectural, construction retail, and or customer service industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Business Development Expertise: Experience in identifying and executing growth opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.
