Business Planning Manager

Summary
A leading manufacturer of printing supplies, including toner and related products, is seeking a bilingual (Japanese-English) Business Planning Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate and strategic planning, with a strong ability to drive business improvements and support executive decision-making. This role is critical in developing mid- to long-term business strategies and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to support sustainable growth.

Essential Duties

• Develop and execute corporate strategies and mid/long-term business plans

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process

• Analyze KPIs and prepare performance reports for executive management

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify business opportunities

• Manage and coordinate company-wide improvement initiatives

• Communicate with domestic and international teams in both Japanese and English

• Support a wide range of corporate planning activities as needed

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-time, On-site)

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business planning, corporate strategy, or a related field

• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English

• Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred

• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
