Position
Japanese-Bilingual Software Developer (ERP)

Summary
A growing IT company is seeking a Japanese-Bilingual Software Developer to join their team in Torrance, CA. In this hybrid role, you will be primarily responsible for web application development using .NET (C#) and React. This position offers a unique career path to grow into an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics) consultant based on your interest and skill development. This role requires business-level fluency in Japanese and English.


Essential Duties (Unofficial)

• ​​​​​​​Design, develop, and test web applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications, including bug fixes, feature updates, and performance optimization.
• Perform backend development using C# / .NET Framework / MVC.
• Perform frontend development using JavaScript / React / HTML / CSS.
• Develop and integrate APIs and Web Services.
• Create and manage technical documentation in both English and Japanese.
• Participate in and gradually take on responsibilities for Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation projects.

Working Hours, Working style
Monday - Friday; 9:00 - 18:00

• Hybrid Remote (combination of in-office and remote work)

Qualifications

• Business-level bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• 5+ years of software development experience (including experience with Java).
• Strong proficiency with C# / .NET Framework / ASP.NET / MVC.
• Experience with frontend technologies: React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with MS SQL.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
• Source control experience (Git / Azure DevOps).
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred:

• Strong interest in building a career in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Unit testing experience.
• Knowledge of Azure REST API and experience using Postman.
• Basic knowledge of business processes (Finance/Sales/Inventory).
• Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate or UiPath.
