【Position】
Project Manager / Sales Assistant

【Summary】
A Japanese  Technical Documentation Solutions Provider is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support their Project Managers (PM) in managing day-to-day communication and coordination with their existing customers. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations from order processing to delivery, while assisting the PMs in maintaining excellent client relationships.


【Essential Duties】
 

• Handle routine communication with existing clients via email and online meetings.
• Prepare and process estimates and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team for product scheduling and delivery.
• Confirm product samples and manage client feedback.
• Monitor and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of transactions.
• Provide general support to the Project Managers, including task follow-ups and reporting.

【Working Hours, Working style】
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
*There may be occasions where you will need to start a bit earlier to accommodate meetings or deadlines with clients on the East Coast.

【Qualifications】

• Japanese and English bilingual 
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general PC skills.
• Experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service is a plus.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
