Summary
The Logistics Operator supports daily air and ocean freight operations by handling shipment tracking, documentation, and data entry. This role involves close communication with customers, terminals, and vendors to ensure smooth and accurate logistics processes. The position also provides general operational and administrative support.

Support air and ocean freight operations
Track containers and shipment status
Prepare invoices and related shipping documents
Perform data entry using Excel
Communicate with customers via email and phone
Coordinate with terminals and vendors
Provide general operational and administrative support
