Job Description

Essential Functions a. Develop an annual sales plan and individual sales goal and get approval by the Sales Director/Manager. b. Establish, build and maintain customer relationships to ensure the sales goal achievement c. Manage sales process including pricing, proposals, and coordination with others to achieve customer satisfaction and to maintain standard gross profit. d. Specific tasks include lead generation, qualifying opportunities, scheduling appointments, creating and provision of presentations, understanding business needs, developing solutions and proposals, forecasting and overcoming objections to close the sale. e. Learn and enhance demonstration skills and values of ERP application. Provide Company’s potential clients with demonstration of ERP system. f. Provide regular reporting and updates of your sales activities to Sales Director/Manager and update the data in the CRM system accordingly. g. Suggest and develop marketing plans and materials. h. Develop innovative value propositions to maximize sales revenue. Supporting Functions Team i. Collaborate with other team members to help achieve team goals including customer contracts and service delivery. j. Contribute to improvement of services, revenue/profitability, methodologies and procedures k. Collaborate with the other team members in order to complete projects successfully and to collect payments from customers. Company and Clients l. Understand and incorporate company values, mission, guidelines and policies (as described in Employee Handbook and other documents) into daily work. m. Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients, co-workers and business associates.
