Warehouse Staff / Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

Warehouse Staff are responsible for the daily operations within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. This role ensures accurate inventory control, safe material handling, and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving & Put-Away

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition against documents.

  • Unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

  • Label and store products in designated warehouse locations.

  • Report discrepancies or damages promptly.

Inventory Management

  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory.

  • Update inventory records in WMS or internal systems.

  • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of shortages or overstock.

Order Fulfillment

  • Pick items accurately based on picking lists or system instructions.

  • Pack products securely according to company standards.

  • Prepare shipments and stage for outbound delivery.

  • Ensure correct labeling and documentation.

Warehouse Operations

  • Operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck).

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles, racks, and workstations.

  • Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

  • Support value-added services such as kitting, labeling, or inspection if required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.

  • Basic computer skills; WMS experience preferred.

  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs (18–23 kg) regularly.

  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic English communication skills (reading/shipping labels).
