【Position】
Sales & Logistics Coordinator

【Summary】
Assists sales staff with communications between the parent company, production facilities and customers. Maintains customers’ orders and shipment schedule information through database. Coordinates project development, production development and logistics arrangement. Sets up, supports, and maintains the vendor managed inventory programs and warehouse distribution program.  Oversees the supply chain activities, and provides forecast.

【Essential Duties】

1. Inputs and updates data including order and shipment schedule into Oracle database. Generates invoices and monitors payment status.

2. Communicates extensively with both customers and Tokyo to coordinate and update　customers’ orders and shipment status and design/color development. Provides project update list to customers.

3. Generates P/O and accounts payable responsibilities
4. Generates reports for month end and general managers meetings for sales staff to review current orders, sales target and predictions for the next month target and reports for designs sold per year to customers
5. ​​​​​Maintains inventory control of decorative papers to update customers of their inventory status for order placement. Orders inventory items to Tokyo provides inventory reports to customers weekly. Distributes stock items
6. Prepares office expense report, customer deposit report monthly
    
7.  Maintains database and other computer system
8.  Accesses customer website to coordinate delivery. Schedules and maintains inventory level and order placement.
9.  Negotiates, sets up and  maintains the customers’ vendor managed inventory program
10. Oversees purchasing activities, scheduling control, delivery schedule
11. Monitors end-user inventory demand and materials on hand or in transit in order to optimize overall material planning
12. Negotiates price, terms and condition in terms of customers, logistics and suppliers
13. Production and Cost Analyst
14. Conduct order forecast
15. Monitors, maintains and controlls inventory level; places orders to Tokyo accordingly
16. Oversees the import shipments from Japan to North and South America, ensures correct tariff code is applied and suggests the appropriate logistics arrangement
17. Identifies and resolves issues, including last minute changes, to delivery fulfillment process
18. Monitors the production schedules to meet customers’ demand
19. Ensures the correct products and specifications are delivered to the right customers at the right time
20. Coordinates the transportation suppliers
21. Handling projects from initiation process to the closing process
22. Identifies improvement opportunities
23. Coordinates with sales staff to update new and revised product specification information and update market situation
24. Reviews and fine-tunes sales reports and forecasts in the area of new business opportunities, customer expectation, and internal supply constraint
25. Account Receivable updates

【Qualifications】
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3~5 years of similar experience in sales & logistic coordination in manufacturing or trading companies.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Must be flexible, analytical and detailed-oriented.
Able to perform multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of PC and applications.
