Amusement Planning - Senior Payment Control Representative

Summary
A Japanese entertainment company in Cerritos, CA is seeking an Amusement Planning - Senior Payment Control ​​​​​​​Representative to join its team.
The Payment Control Representative is responsible for ensuring the accurate verification of vendor invoices and related documents. This role focuses on performing 3-way match checks between purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices, and preparing confirmed invoices for Director review.
The position supports internal controls, assists the Manager with audit-related documentation, and may provide ad-hoc support for other Amusement Planning department tasks.

Essential Duties
Invoice Verification & Vendor Coordination
•Perform 3-way match verification of purchase orders, delivery receipts, and vendor invoices.
•Resolve discrepancies in coordination with stores or vendors.
•Utilize OCR tools to accurately capture invoice data.
•Submit verified invoices to the Director for further processing using the internal company system.
Data Entry & Reporting Support
•Accurately enter and update payment- and asset-related data in company systems.
•Conduct basic Excel-based data aggregation and summarization.
Internal Controls & Audit Support
•Maintain organized invoice and payment records in compliance with internal control procedures.
•Assist the Manager in preparing payment-related documentation for audits.
Department Support, Special Projects & Process Improvement
•Provide ad-hoc support for other AM Planning department tasks.

Salary/Benefit
$22.00/hr～24.00/hr (Non-Exempt)

Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
・Experience in verification, invoice processing, or administrative tasks is a plus
・Ability to perform accurate 3-way match verification
・Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support department tasks
・Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
・Experience with ERP or payment systems
