Restaurant Manager

Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage both staff and business performance effectively.

Essential Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, food quality, and customer service.

• Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain a high-performance team.

• Monitor inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.

• Managing staff schedules and overseeing tip distribution.

Working Hours, Working style
14:00-23:00/5 days a week including weekends
(Store closes on Mondays.)

Qualifications

• Billingual in Japanese and English
• Working experiences in restaurant industry such as part or full time servers, chef, manager etc
• Familier with business management is a big plus
• Candidates who are able to work on weekends
