Position
Senior Service Engineer

Summary
The Senior Service Engineer is responsible for supporting customers by ensuring the successful installation, operation, and performance of N2 purge tools at semiconductor fabrication facilities across the United States. This role serves as the primary technical liaison with customers and internal stakeholders, driving tool uptime, performance optimization, and overall customer satisfaction.
The position requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Essential Duties
・Serve as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders to drive overall tool operation and performance, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
・Perform installation and provide technical support for N2 purge tools at semiconductor fabrication facilities in the U.S.
・Coordinate and supervise on-site contractors during tool installation to ensure smooth setup, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.
・Provide troubleshooting and technical support to maintain optimal tool uptime and performance.
・Conduct weekly and monthly reviews on tool status, performance metrics, and project progress with internal teams.
・Support marketing and promotional activities for company products in the U.S. market as required.

Qualifications
