Understand company’s GMPs, SOP, SSOP and Product quality set by operation team.?Monitor and test the production system on a regular basis.?Drive productivity goals and expectations.?Supervise department setup and execution.?Ensure product orders are complete and yield loss is documented daily.Be flexible to coordinate department plan changes with supervisors, line leads and outside departments.??Follow- up with customer shortages, damages and misprocesses.?Monitor department workflow and report any issues on quality, productivity, safety to department manager.?Develop and perform department audits, including monitoring the execution and reporting the results to the management team.?Make real-time department plan changes when needed; including but not limited to, personnel, equipment and production schedule.??Plan and execute training plan with managers for new product, cross training, general training, equipment and safety training.?Evaluate department plans and personnel on a regular basis; including but not limited to annual reviews.?Understand, collect and complete department data collection. Distribute data as needed; including but not limited to, running reports, work orders, etc.?All other duties as assigned by the CEO and/or Supervisor.
Associates Degree2 to 3 years Knowledge/Experience of a food manufacturing environment. Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge at least intermediate levelExcellent organization, communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate, coach and drive a team. Strong work ethic.2 to 3 years USDA and FDA experience required.2 to 3 years HACCP experience required. Excellent problem-solving skills.
