Bachelor’s degree required3 ? 5 years of benefits/payroll experienceAdvance proficiency in excel preferredKnowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plusStrong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with the ability to build and maintain relationsHigh degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality; must demonstrate discretion in handling highly sensitive material and informationSelf-directed, positive, results-oriented professional who thrives in high volume, fast-paced environmentAnalytical and detail oriented
