Position
Account Manager (Administrative Sales)

Summary
The Account Manager will handle customer accounts, focusing on order processing and product arrangements. The company specializes in providing Construction Equipment Parts and Vacuum Components. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate product delivery. Japanese language skills are preferred to effectively communicate with Japanese clients and partners.

Essential Duties

• Manage the full cycle of order processing for Construction Equipment Parts and Vacuum Components.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and arrange the procurement of necessary parts and components.
• Communicate with clients, providing order updates, resolving issues, and handling inquiries related to construction equipment and vacuum components.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
• Assist with invoicing and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Working Hours, Working Style

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working options available, with the ability to work remotely twice a week

• Kennesaw, GA

Salary/Benefits

• Approx. $50,000 per year, based on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics coordination, or administrative sales
• Familiarity with Construction Equipment Parts and Vacuum Components is a plus
• Japanese language skills are preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
