【Summary】
We're looking for someone to handle customer interactions within the Property & Casualty division at a Japanese insurance brokerage firm. While prior experience in the insurance industry isn't required, we're seeking individuals who are eager to build a career in this field.
Our company offers a clear internal career path.
You'll be required to obtain an insurance license within three months of joining.
Based on your performance, you can expect to be promoted to an Account Rep position, and subsequently to an Account Manager.

【Essential Duties (Not Official)】
・Being required to study for and obtain an insurance license within three months of your start date. 
​​・Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
・Providing information on property and casualty insurance, explaining policy details, and guiding customers through various procedures.
・Carefully listening to customers' situations to offer appropriate solutions and information.
・Collaborating with relevant departments and colleagues as needed to resolve complex customer issues.
・Accurately entering and managing customer interaction records within our systems.
・Supporting general administrative tasks vital for efficient team operations.

【Working Hours, Working Style】
M-F 9:00-18:00
For the first month of employment, you'll work a hybrid schedule with three days in the office per week.
After that, it transitions to a hybrid schedule with one in-office day per week (Tuesdays only).

$52K – $62K ( $25 - $29.80/hour, non-exempt )
